Download the soft copy or take a picture of your hard copy of the invoice.  Make sure your picture should be lesser then 5MB.



Step: 2

If you had already registered your product of official website of boAt Lifestyle then you can click here or else to register the boAt device you need to click here.

Once you have done, any time you can claim your warranty by visiting the complain page.

Once the complaint registered, the boAt will assign a pick up of your device within next 1-2 working days. As the pick up will be done you can check your complaint status by visit the complaint tracking page.

Step: 5

    I have filed complaint for my Boat 225 earphones on 23rd, May 2019, as one side of it was not working.
    Still no pickup assigned.
    Why the process is so slow? And how much more time will be taken to get the replacement?
    The ticket number is 301737. And the status is pending.
    Please help me with this.

      Yes! you can. The delivery agent don't ask for the packet as they have their own poly bags to carry the shipment.

      Just hand over the Earphones without outer box. Ensure the earphone are with buds.
