HOW TO INSTALL APPS IN YOUR SMART TV

How to install Amazon Prime video apk? How to install Netflix on smart TV? Does my tv supports Jio apps? How to download apps without Google play store?

We have categories the process in two simple ways:

1. Internal

2. External

Now let's discuss both ways in broad.

1. External

External is most safe and healthy way to install any app in your Smart TV. In this method, you just have to download the apk file of desire software from any website or Playstore and save in External Storage device like Pendrive, HHD (Hard disk drive), SD card, Ordinary SDHC/SDXC Cards, any phone etc.

2. Internal

Internal doesn't mean you have to update your Smart TV software or you would need to contact your TV provider. Just simply install any 3rd party app like "Aptoide TV" in your smart TV.

Similar to phones Smart TV comes up with some inbuilt memory space which you can use to download and install through the Play Store or any third party application. This app is not as heavy as Google also it shows helps you to choose the right app for compatibility to your Smart TV.

Please note

It is optional if your smart TV supports Google services else Smart TV like MI TV users must have aptoide TV apk in your Smart TV.

For Samsung TV ( Internal )

1. Make sure your Samsung Smart TV is connected to the internet. Learn more.

2. Press the Smart Hub button on your Smart Control remote to go to the Samsung Home screen.

3. Scroll to and select Apps and then select the Magnifying Glass icon.

4. Enter Spectrum TV using the onscreen keypad and then select Done.

5. Select the Spectrum TV app and then choose Download.

Once the installation is complete, select Open to begin using the Spectrum TV app.

6. When prompted, enter your full Spectrum username and password.

For MI TV ( Internal )

1. Make sure your MI Smart TV is connected to the internet.

2. You must have installed aptoide TV in your MI TV.

3. Type the Keyword of the app you want to install in the search box.

4. Once it open press install button and it will start downloading.

External ( For Any Smart TV ) : 

1. Download the app which you want to install in Phone, Laptop, or tab.

2. Transfer that apk file to your Hard Drive, Pen Drive, SD card or any other storage device. (supporting USB 2.0 or 3.0)

3. Connect it the USB female port of the Smart TV.

4. Enable installation to allow from Unknown sources.

5. Select the app and click on "Install"

6. Volla! Enjoy the app.

TIP: If you want to update/replace any of your pre-install apps, please delete/uninstall pre-install app in your Smart TV.
