Tata Sky Broadband announces 100Mbps plans in 12 cities to take on JioGigaFiber:

Tata Sky (also known as Tata® Tata Sons Limited) launched its broadband Internet services in 12 cities of India – New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Ahmedabad, Mira Bhayandar, Bhopal, Chennai, and Bangalore in India.

The Tata Sky broadband is being offered through one, three, five, nine and twelve-month packages varying by speed and data with exclusive offers and free installation. Let’s have a look.

The minimum FUP starts from INR 999 (Up to 5Mbps) to INR 1800(up to 50 Mbps) unlimited, for one month.

And the maximum FUP is of 12 months starts from INR 11988 (Up to 5Mbps) to INR 21600(Up to 50Mbps) unlimited Plan.

Jio GigaFiber registration have just begun, and expected to be launched within few months. A customer can register their city by clicking here. A Tata Sky broadband user has to pay INR 1200 as installation fee, with a Wi-Fi router.  Those users who are going to buy plans more than 5 to 12 months subscription plans, then the installation, Wi-Fi, and Free additional Month Subscription.

Other side, JioFiber offering 50 Mbps at INR 500, 750, 100Mbps at INR 999 & 1299 and 150 Mbps at 1500 for 30 days which is pretty impressive compared to TataSky.

Post-exhaustion of the Data Allowance, the subscriber would continue to enjoy data at FUP speed (1 Mbps).
