Lenskart - Walking Interview at Vatika Mindscapes Faridabad

Hey! I am Ansal and looking for a job in the Voice or Non-Voice profile job. And I registered my self at Naukri and from there I got to know about the Lenscart Voice profile ( As customer care and Sale Executive ). They are also hiring for the backend process too.

Today I am going to share my Interview experience at Lenskart. Please must read about the company from here (https://careers.lenskart.com/about-us/) I am sure it will surely help in the interview.

I reached the venue as per the scheduled time at 9.00 am. Leskart's head office is located in Faridabad "Vatika Mindscapes" Building "A" on the 7th Floor. First I entered on the registered and summited the resume on the respective guard. Around 10:30 am the HR (Jayati) showed up and we hoped now our Interview will start soon.

A Graduate is applying for Swage cleaning, an Engineering student is working in a BPO and then our government says we are providing Employment. The HR (Jayati) asked all of us to submit a few details on a link ("http://hrone.lenskartserver.net/jobportal/jobportalhome"). Once you have done, you are eligible for the interview.

Interview Rounds in Lenskart:

Lenskart is one of the leading brands in eyewear and somewhere its because of providing quality products and services to the customer. If you want to be the part of Lenskart you need to clear 3 rounds. These are:

1. HR Round

In this round, you will interact with HR and they will ask you certain questions about your self and experience if you have any. This is the easiest and primary soft skill check round.

Think to be remembered: (Question asked in BPO/Calling Interview)

1. Tell me about your self?

Answer: The most common question which asked in all kinds of interviews is "Tell me about your self". I would recommend you to answer this question in your best way. Now whatever you will say in this 1-2 minutes of my self, ensure you can address each of the points clearly.

Likewise:

1. Passing year and Percentage (If they ask).

2. Your passion or your likes/Hobbies ( And why do you like them).

3. Your overall experience, role and why did you leave the previous organization.

2. Are you looking for a government job recently?

Answer: Don't you dare to say "Yes" or else you are losing your chance by 20% of getting shortlisted. So, Just say, No! I am not. I want to make my career in private ltd companies.

3. Why you don't want to work in Government Job?

Answer: I believe the chances of getting grow in position and pay scale if more wide in the Private sector instead of public sector corporates.

4. Gaps and Papers

Answer: If you are good at making fake papers be aware this company will cross-check your documents and the hike will also depend on your last drawn CTC. So, When the HR asks you about your experience/Leaving, admit it if you don't have one.

Sometimes, Gaps may create an issue to clear your first round in any company. Well, we plan your gaps smartly.

Likewise:

12th: 2015

Graduation: 2018

First Job at ABC LTD 2017-2018 (Feb)

Second Job at HIJ LTD 2018 (Sept) and pursuing

Ensure you have an ideal reason between 2 jobs. Every MNC and corporate will ask you the same and it can we justified.

5. Pay Scale:

Answer: The pay scale of Lenscart is CTC 3,00,000 per annum. The company will deduct Employee and Employer contributions to your CTC. So, as per lenskart it would be 21.6 in hand. As per the government rule, the company can only deduct 12.5% on the basic salary of Employees. But normally deduct the company's change Employee and Employer contribution to the Employee salary only.

2. MCQ Round:

If you agree and passed the first round, you have to clear a 15 minutes test having 50 questions. The questions are based on Mathematics, General Intelligence, and Reasoning.

Like:

20-20+40x10-10=?

3. Mock Call Round ( Voice and accent round )

This test depends on the position you are applying for. If it is an International process then the machinery will check your accent and pronunciation. Lenskart in Indian based company so you need not worry, just be relax and repeat what the machine asked to say. They do have MCQ as well. A sentence will run and you need to select 1. 2. 3. 4. and of the right option whatever you think is corrent. In the end, the machinery may aksed to say continuously to speak on a topic for 1 or 2 minutes so, we prepare if you are going for cooperates like Wipro, Amix, Hinduja group, etc.

Finally, after clearing all the 3 rounds you will get your offer letter on the sport. The interview timings are from 10am to 1pm.
